If you’ve bought tickets for an event that’s then cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, we might still be able to give you a refund. We’ll drop you an email to let you know what happens next.
If you’ve already got the tickets for a cancelled, postponed or rescheduled event, keep them safe – you might have to send them back so we can process a refund.
Sometimes, event organisers change the venue or layout of an event. This can result in something called ‘reseating’ – i.e. seats being moved around. If this happens to you, we won’t be able to give you a refund. However, you will of course still be able to go to the event – you just might be sitting in a slightly different place.
