If the event you've sold has been postponed, then this may cause a delay in your payment.
Before we can pay for your sale we need to confirm that your tickets can be reissued to the buyer – unfortunately this is out of our control.
If they can be reissued - we’ll email you to confirm and then process your early payment as soon as the event is rescheduled.
If they cannot be reissued - we’ll let you know that’s the case by email and confirm the next steps.
You can expect to receive payment within 10 working days of the event taking place.
