Don't worry – this is normal and means we're confirming the best way to get the tickets to your buyer.
If the tickets are available to reissue, then you won't need to do a thing – we'll just automatically reissue them to the buyer.
However, not all tickets can be reissued. If you've already received the tickets, there's a small chance you might need to send them directly to your buyer. We’ll let you know if you need to do this.
