If an event is cancelled entirely, your sale will be cancelled, and the relevant buyer will be refunded.
If you’ve not yet received payment for the sale, you won't receive payment for the order. In this case, please contact us as you may be entitled to a refund for your original ticket purchase.
If you’ve already received payment, then no further refund will be due. However, if you sold your tickets for a lower price than you paid for them originally, you may be entitled to a refund to make up for the difference.
